Without revealing too much about his process, he'll say that each piece is hand designed, without computers or projectors, and hand cut with Xacto blades. The work is the most painstaking and the most gratifying thing he does. "I hold my breath while cutting, I curse when I cut myself, and when a piece is done, I either tear up, or want to tear it up!"
